The main reason Satoshi Nakamoto created bitcoin  was to have a decentralized currency which is accepted through out the world. It also aims at solving multi spending problem with the help of blockchain. Bitcoin would create transparency in the society in monetary aspect.

In my opinion, the biggest purposes for now are to introduce the cryptocurrency to the people or society around the world by giving their advantages. The advantages itself are to make global payment method easily, to make a good and easy investment, to create a trading ecosystem. In brief, it is for easiness, modernity, and necessity.

Decentralized plus transparency plus third person is not needed plus solving the problem that our present system can't resolve when it come like the problem of inflation which is only bitcoin offers deflation.

it is still far from those word called 'friendly user' for now.
as we can see,right now not many people used computer or some stuff like that for their daily basis.
that was why it could not be used by most people around the world until today.
