Price Ethereum No Movement

I see bitcoin prices are now starting to rise slowly, but the price of ethereum is currently no movement. is there too much fraud in ico now, so ethereum is not popular anymore?

People are just holding out to see what BTC does, it'll probably fade away in another week and regular price action with ETH and other altcoins will begin again.

I don't believe that ethereum can do a ride on bitcoin whenever bitcoin stepping forward. Bitcoin has its own independent ability to bring itself to a high level of success while not allowing the others to ride on its success.

it may be possible because we can see that now many ico are scam and ico coins whose price drops drastically when new enter the market.

Bitcoin seems to have found support on 100 day MA on the daily chart.. maybe this can start a rise in eth.. I have some small orders between 350-400 if it falls that far

No its not , we can see that when bitcoin is down there is no effect of etherium so there are possible that if bitcoin will rise, then the etherium also will rise .

Maybe the reason of this situation is because many are selling their ethereum in law price for another altcoin.

it could have happened, because I saw that many bounties were scams and the payments were not in accordance with what was promised by the bounty ico.
