For my suggestion you can do it. You need to study it first, so you do not have to blame. Not all value really increase in price, some projects hits lower than expected when it list on exchanges. For assurance of your money it is more secure when you buy coins when the price is stable (after it list on exchanges) and make atleast 1 week to buy, just monitor the pump and dump of the token you want.
