How do i grow my karma here an what is the benefits of growing my Karma.

I think positive Karma increases your points which increasees your ability to gain ALTS tokens.  I'm not sure exactly how many points are rewarded however for each + point of karma.. but negative karma will make it so you cannot participate in signature campaigns, which can be very negative.

If you want + karma be an active member and post with meaning. If a sr member rank and higher see your meaningful post you will receive + karma but - if it is a copy post or you are just spamming. This+ karma is can be a very big thing in the future so be helpful and do your best.

great! I have received two karmas from a sr. member or a spartan because of posting on the steem topic. I am not sure yet if one gives a karma, will it deduct from his/her karma too?

Yes it will help us also to become a trusted member of Altcoinstalks. I want also to gain Karma someday so that I will become legible in becoming a campaign manager. But as of now, I am counting the days that I will be a hero member.

No. Giving karma + karma to another member as an appreciation for his/her post can not reduce your karma. That's how this forum doing fair to all of us here who are the early adopters and knowing to myself that I am part of it, I can't stop congratulating myself sometimes.
