I personally prefer to hold than to sell it when yhe market is going down. Because I always believe the market will increase again.

In my opinion you must see the opportunity first for that. Look ahead to the future whether the ETH you hold for the future has the potential and will increase or not, if your ETH has good potential you might be able to hold it, if you cannot assess the ETH you can also sell it and wait for the Crypto price on the market in your opinion can buy again and sell it when you go up.

It won't be a good idea now to sell your ETH. This is because the price has declined and you will lose as compared to holding it for sometime for it to get back to its value. You may get around $200 now but might get $100 in some months later.

For me, The best thing that i think we should do is to wait for the market to recover before selling ethereum because if we force to sell it were losing too much of our investment due to a very low price.

Wait and wait, patience will be rewarded. Base on historical data, all coins will increase multiple times at the end of the year. So let's wait for that time. For now, let us all collect as much as we can to hold coins in our wallet.

If you have large amount of money, I suggest to buy more ethereum if would you mind. It is potential and could be a lucky coin that can be like bitcoin in the future. Still the decision is yours.

Its up to you, I usually sell when I need the money.  Otherwise it's kinda like savings that goes up and down, the downtime is a good time to buy more.
