Just because  of YFI many people think defi could give them easy money or a lot of gain if investing on it. we should take note that there are lot of defi project before that turn out to be failed. Decentralize finance have its way even before but it was not given much attention that's why it's not growing and not all defi project have success in their quest for position on crypto space. today, its yearn finance have taking all the attention for defi ecosystem but it  does not mean it could influence other defi projects. we should take note that total supply of this coin is just about 30K. I think the total supply plays big role in what YFI achieve today in terms of price.

In my opinion, If you have 1ETH, I think spread your investment is better than invest in one coin. Ethereum is very potential coin , But there is anothe coin more potential. Litecoin, NEO, waves are more potential and profitable for long term.
For short I prefer invest in Ripple.
Ethereum is good for short and long-term, But I prefer in other coin. Because the ethereum graphic is stable.
