We say bull run if bitcoin slowly increase in constant.
We say bull run when the whales do it so.
Bull run will take place when everything goes together accordingly that makes the market bullish.

As far as I know bull run is not about slowly process but it is rapid change of price from decline into moon. If bull run occur crypto persons will celebrate.
