Basically, all the users in the forum is interested in cryptocurrency so this is the perfect place for the promotion of an ICO. If you have a higher rank then there is a tendency that you can attract more people to look at the signature you are wearing since it would be assumed that you are more knowledgeable than the lower rank members since you have been in the forum for sometime. When you are promoting through social media campaigns, maybe only a little percentage is interested in cryptocurrency but in forum, all are interested so it is the perfect market.

most of it was allocated for social media(if they're doing it) and some of it was allocated for the system itself(such as bug bounty).
so if you think,most of this was allocated and always for Signature.
