Many projects don't survive because of poor management. They also don't sell their ideology well.

One essential thing is planning. Most project team do not plan well; they just study the trend for a while and then get on board forgetting their idea matters most. A project is supposed to serve a human need or needs, once they dont fit, you loose everything and eventually you would go out of business.

Many projects are copying from previous projects and seducing people in a simpler or more powerful way, but they are the same. Maybe in the future, ICO projects must have guarantees such as gold, oil or fiat. because now, many projects have no value at all, even their team disbanded because the pressure of bitcoin dropped.

I think not only the project term are the courses of the fall of some project, the investors are also part of this problems, they are no longer seeing cryptocurrency and and investment that you patient but the now view it as gamble and a quick rich market. The investors are also learning to dump token and run to a subsequent or new project, withdrawing all there money from the platform.

There are many projects having the some concepts and ideas. It make the competition is too tight and potentially to inhibit the progress of one or more of the projects. Moreover, some projects have low capability and quality of their teams. Their also have less desire to be successful, it triggers the projects to be dead or failed.

For different reasons, actually. Some are exit scam and die instantly. Others try to struggle, but their token crashes and they give up. Some have inexperienced teams, which are the reason for project's death as you said. All in all, there are reports that say that 90-95% of projects die within 1-2 years of service. It is actually pretty accurate estimation.

That should be expected as it is a natural principle. Most projects are dead because of poor management by the team members because they lack the expertise in crypto and failed to seek for counsel from experts. Also, projects with no backing product or tangible ideology behind is likely to go down the drain as it will lose the interest of potential investors.

That's right. First of all, the team that must persistently go to their goal and not give up. Many developers try to revive their project even in the case of low fees, worthy of respect, as they believe in it.

after ICO finished, in a difficult period like this if team is not well organized and everything is perfect is very probable that project will fail in less than 1 year if investors stop to believe in the project. That's the main reason for many project fail

dead projects are projects that do not show potential in the future and cannot attract investors to join. because to find investors is not easy they are already traumatized by the decline of last year which caused huge losses

most also, the project dies because of negligence from the team, or the team is less competent in handling cases or even in developing the project, so investors run away and don't want to be there anymore, or it could be because the project was already bad from the start, so there is interest so eventually die.

For me because first of all the project and the project team don't have long term plan they just want a project and easy money. Some ICO is doing this 1-2 years their project will be gone and their coins will be just a dump coin after the ICO end. You can also call it a scam project because they just left the project in the air.

Most of my projects, the coins of which are in my portfolio - are DEAD. As it is not sad but is a fact. Since the beginning of 2018, the market began to fall and only now consolidation has begun, perhaps some of my projects will come to life, for this they need to work hard. I very much hope so.

But if we dare to Stop Loss, we can also minimize losses.
I also have Stoploss TRX, buy at 800 satoshi and Stoploss at 450 Satoshi. And now price  TRX price 300 satoshi. LOL
