Monero should be number one choice because it has lower transaction fees and it has the best privacy tech, but Litecoin new MWEB addresses could also be a good alternative.
I think that only Litecoin Core currently support LTC MWEB addresses but I think more wallets are coming soon.

No, we do not accept BTC / ETH as payment for AML-checking, only BTC (Lightning Network, fees are close to 0) and Tron (fees can even be avoided).

Just for the sake of providing more options for people who want to pay lower fees, there is also BCH that has low fees and it has more privacy with cashfusion.
I checked transaction fees on bitinfocharts and it's between $0.001 and $0.011, so that is not bad option and it is already listed as payment option on BestChange.
I still think that Monero is better option for different reasons, not just transaction fees.

BestChange always warns users that some exchangers require bank card verification. This is indicated by a round green card mark next to the name of the exchanger.

What data you need to provide:
● card number (or at least the first and last four digits).
● the name of the holder.
● a photo of the card against the background of the exchanger's website or a sheet with its URL.

How reliable is this?

It's important to cover the card's expiration date and CVC code, if it's indicated on the same side. You don't need to provide the reverse side of the card.
The rest of the data is not so important, it is of little value to potential fraudsters.
