The AML&KYC only benefits the government agencies. It has nothing to do with morals. The real scammers/hackers/terrorists know it very well that using a service that has AML&KYC is not safe for them.

I did not have any plan to ask this question in this thread but on another forum. But your new reply just popped up in the thread in front of me and I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to ask here since it is related to your platform. I have been seeing new platforms coming up and creating their ANN on another forum and their website claims they are a partner of Bestchange. But after checking the exchanger list of BestChange, I found out some of them are not listed on bestChange but those exchanges claim to be your partner. In this case, do you guys take any actions against those platforms? Do they have the right to use your fame to promote their business without any business deal with you guys?

It depends. An exchange service might currently be undergoing a verification process with us and, as part of the requirements, is obligated to meet certain conditions, including placing our banner on their website. Some services do this in advance, even before they become part of the active listing on BestChange.

However, occasionally, websites that are not our partners still claim to cooperate with us. We want to make it clear that we actively monitor and analyze such websites. If we find a site that poses a phishing threat or aims to engage in fraudulent activities, we may take swift and decisive action.

Yes. The scammers are taking advantage of your reputation, which they use on their scam websites. Unfortunately, people do not know if they are in a verification process. The only way people can verify is by checking your website exchange list. By asking them to put a banner on their website, you guys are risking your reputation. People could claim that I used that service because they are the partner of Bestchange even though they are not your partner.

A couple of weeks ago, I noticed two websites that claims to be a partner of Bestchange even though their website was not listed on Bestchange. One of them got your partnership a couple of weeks later and another one turned out to be a scam site which is down at this moment. They ^Bestchange can't do much about that.
For those who know about this problem, it can be an additional indicator of whether an exchanger is honest or not. If someone officially presents BC as a partner, but in reality it is not, it is certainly a red flag and a warning that such services should (not) be used with caution.

I understand that. But they can do something if they notice massive abuse of their reputation. Since it does not happen every day, it is probably okay not to do something now. But it has an easy solution which they can provide so they don't get accused of anything. As you know, BestChange asks the exchanges to apply the banner on their website even during the approval process. They can simply ask them not to use the BestChange banner until approved.

By doing so, BestChange can avoid the accusation because if an exchange is using their banner and not listed on BestChange, they are scammers. But now, nobody knows which exchanges are under their verification progress and which ones are scammers.

Also clarifying the reasons for listing would be good, I see @BESTchange's responses to ANN topics that the service was added to the BESTchange list without clarifying the reasons or criteria even though there are hundreds of questions and red flags in the discussion about the service.

That is what I was talking about. But since the number of scam attempts is not huge, I won't ask them to do it as soon as possible. However, they should monitor the exchanges and inform the community when they delist a specific exchange. I am sure BestChange won't delist a platform without any proper reason. But when they delist it, they could announce that so the community members can check.

The delisted platforms should remove the BestChange banner from their websites. If they do not, BestChange has nothing to do, and they won't be accused if they inform the community or post an announcement on any of their channels.

Here is an exchanger that is disabled on Bestchange https://www.bestchange.com/quickex-exchanger.html I guess it's some kind of delisting.
I see more of a problem here that the reasons why it happened are unclear. BC didn't give much explanation, while Quickex of course just announced that they are working on a re-listing.

Yeah, there are different type of status messages for all exchanges listed on bestchnage.
Most common you can see Available, but there is also Unavailable, Inactive, Disabled, and maybe some other also.
According to them, there are currently 388 exchangers in bestchange active listing, but I doubt all of them are really active.

This is indeed a great proposal for Bestchange. I have ran into this type of issues last year where a service listed by Bestchange stopped operation and changed domain but still available on the Bestchange website.
Bestchange is a big name. Even in the other forum, we have seen new exchanges claimed to be listed on Bestchange but not real. Having such a log could help us and even Bestchange herself.

I believe it because the cryptocurrency market change in price is always constant and the pricing bot use by them is somehow lagging.
