I think that there will be more ICO but with lower softcap and hardcap.. project are redimensionated and are very "low budget" compared to ICO of 2017-beginning of 2018.

I think ICO is better in 2019. in the sense that every few months there are only a few ICOs. it will be better. because if a little ICO can help each project to reach its target.

Yes, I believe there will be more than what we have seen this year. What I am happy about is there might be very few scam ICOs next year.

Yes I expect more good ICOs in 2019. ICOs is more profitable and potential to get benefits.

I think that a lot will depend on the end of this year. If the growth still will be, everything is possible.

The way the community of crypto is growing, we should expect more ICOs. People have realized that they can make a lot of money in crypto hence the introduction of new ICO'S and even scam which affects people. As the years go by, let us expect more ICO's.

If I hope that in 2019 the altcointalk forum will hopefully be a lot of Ico's in altcointalk, bro. like the bitcointalk forum. but many ico who keep their promises are not just promises but ultimately scam

That must be increased because the average 2018 ico failed and led to Scammer. it has a bad impact on the eyes of bankers and investors

I expect more coins or successful ICOs in 2019, there is no need for much, little is fine as long as it's done well. I also hope, there will be institutions that oversee the new ICO so we can AVOID the scam ICO.

I just want a better ico, and there is no ico scam, because the ico scam is a frightening specter.
