I think there are not too late to join into the crypto world and you can join in anytime. But you should think about if you want to join in the next month, then perhaps, you can miss a good chance to buy any coins because many coins will start higher. Try to look Vechain(VET) it is very good coins too...According to me , the token economy model of Vet is better than NEO. it has POS , so we can generate vthor.
