I think NEO is better than  dash.. Because  I see neo on the  18th in CMC and dash number 22nd.  I ou can see about this.  Neo is more potential  and will  be the top tenth  at the coming year.  Maybe at January  2020 Neo will show their performance.

I think It depends you mate.  I personally  prefer NEO,  because I think NEO is more profitable.  I have used it for long-term investment.  But I also have dash. So,  I think both of them are very potential  and profitable  coin.  thats my opinion

By seeing the market condition,  I think Dash is more potential  than NEO.  I see dash ranking at 18 and NEO at 20. You should choose dash to invest,  dash still has potential  to rise  again.  I personally prefer dash than NEO.  It is my opinion.

I think It depends what you want,  If you want to invest in secure,  Ypu should invest in top 3 coin.  Because I see dash and NEO, they are not popular coin,  I see they are going  down at the rank CMC.  I personally  believe in bitcoin,  ripple and ethereum.

Dash rank is number #70 and NEO is number #60.
I think It's good for hold.
