it is true that there are many fraudulent ico projects nowadays, and I think that there must be a punishment for harming many people or investors.

I think life imprisonment will do but we all knows that it is hard to catch these scammer so instead of punishing them in which for sure scamming will never stop but the government will create a powerful regulation that will catch these scammer before they could victimize people like what happening in China in which the scam projects could not penetrate in the country anymore.

Yes I agree There is punishment for ICO scams. Too many ICOs are scams now. It will be affect investor.

A good question. A cheating ICO would be better off getting a sentence. Many investors are disadvantaged because their projects are scam. But what kind of punishment can be applied? I think it's hard to punish them, because the coin trading is still illegal.

I totally agree  for the punishment for ICO Scam, since i join to this forum  and joining bounty campaign this is what i'm always asking to my self, if what is the punishment for ICO scam.

If there will have victims of the particular ICO scam campaign can testify here so that everyone be warn  and will not do anything to that campaign but to neglect. The punishment for scam is let there be a fair judge to banned the whole team.

I think that ICO scamming people should have a penalty and must to be sanctioned. These ICO's should learn a lesson and they should pay the price for such fraudulent acts which is not acceptable on the side of the investors.

it seems that the punishment for fraudsters must be done unfortunately I myself don't know how many victims of ico fraud can affect crypto's future

Since crypto is decentralize which also means there will not be any government intervention as of now. So i does not think there will be a punishment that will be lift on scam ICO. I am also interested to know if there is.

It hurts to accept, but it's true. very nice of their developments and we assume it's a legit, so many investors are attracted to their fraudulent activities. So now it's best to do maybe you or me Explore and explore the project. Ask them. If all your questions are answered. I'm sure is truly legit.

I think no ico scammer has been brought to justice uptil now but many cointries are busy in setting rules and regulations where only legit ones will be allowed to raise funds and the scammers will be caught and punished.

It's very difficult to know where they made the ico project. usually they give fake addresses. There could be no definite punishment for a scam project. Remember investing in crypto or ico is very risky.

I wish that there will be a punishment for ICO scams, a lot of scams are happening lately. Since it is decentralized, no one can impose a law or rule and since it is here on the internet scammers can hide their identity online.
