There is always a new 'perfect time to buy'; just because the market has dropped once again, doesn't mean it's a perfect time to buy. I thought the same 6 months back, and again 3 months ago. There is no indication that this is now a 'perfect time', the markets may drop further. Not denying it seems like a good time, and you can definitely get more for your money, but positive signs of recovery are few and far between. I will be waiting to see some signs of an upward turn before I get involved. Would rather pay slightly more than watch the markets drop even further. Anyway, each to their own, buy away.
