No-one can deny that now is a cheaper time to buy, whether it is a good time to buy is another question. The price of Ethereum is now below what it what was back in October 2017, just before it started on a huge bull run. I will be putting some more in, but not too much. Who knows what the market is going to do over the next few months, I've given up guessing.

I believe that this current scenario is undergoing bear market which you had highlighted as  "blood in the street" and this situation is kind of disappointment for some but others consider this as an opportunity in buying alts at a very low price. It's is very important to be patient and do not get affected as this is just part of the game in the crypto market. Profit awaits for those who trust btc and alts few months from now.
