In my experience, one of the benefits of simplifying your life is more happiness, or time to enjoy more happiness, but it doesn’t prevent sad things from happening.

When I 'm sad, I always have this urge to pack dirty clothes and hand wash them.
While washing them I tend to notice the anhlger a kind of evaporating.
It's actually soothing.

That's not something that has ever occurred to me to do, but it's actually a very productive way to deal with sadness.

then squish my face. then punch faces

Another thing I need when I'm feeling blue is peace and quiet. They help me put my thoughts back in order.

At such moments it is better to just relax or go for a walk or do something else. Just switch attention to something else.I am helped to walk in the open air
