Cambodian Crypto Exchange Applies for a License to Become the First Legally Certified

In the Kingdom of Cambodia, it is required to obtain a license for operations of a crypto currency exchange.

At present, COINYEX Co.,Ltd ( to be opened in September) is the only one exchange that has already applied for the license.

COINYEX Co.,Ltd has officially commenced application procedures to obtain a license for operations of a crypto currency exchange.

TUX GLOBAL sdn.bhd*1, an issuer of TOUREXCOIN, has scheduled to open the crypto currency exchange (COINYEX Co.,Ltd *2) in the Kingdom of Cambodia in September 2018.

For operations of a crypto currency exchange in the Kingdom of Cambodia, it is required to obtain a license from the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia and the General-Commissariat of National Police, in order to obviate risks of Ponzi scheme, cyber crime or money laundering.
