waiting for the rise of all altcoins

Don't wait the rise of altcoins in the end of this year. I am doubt it will happen, mate. I don't see the signs for the upcoming bull market so far. ETF may be the first factor to trigger the bullrun, but I don't know it seems unlikely to happen soon even though ETF can be approved by SEC. I also think the regulation of China's government makes the rise of altcoins more far away. So, the price of altcoins continue to decrease till now. We need positive issues related cryptocurrency to improve the market condition.
