How to get more profit?

Recently, i lost some of my bitcon because i want more instead of holding bitcoin. so i buy altcoin but not top 10 altcoin.
Would you like to share your experience?

Bad experience with my own greed ? Yes I have made that in real life & in the cryptoworld. To my luck it was with ridiculous low amount only.

Diversify your investment, be patient, only invest in stuff you understand, do your own research .... bla bla bla....
Boring, but that works to make more profit.

Nothing beats doing your own research. Various books/videos about trading out there. Follow experience traders and learn from them as well. Join crypto communities (not pump and dump groups).

Take small positions.. never go more than 20-30% in alts .. biggest problem noobs make is going too heavy and too quickly with alts.. you need to be able to cost correct and you need to ladder down with purchase.. LEts say you wanted 500 NEO for example.. if you think its time to buy buy 10% of that.. if the price goes down 5% buy 20%.. if it drops 10% buy 40%... or whatever numbers you want.. you want to buy heavier the more it drops but be disciplined enough to not fomo into buying in green and disciplined enough to not fomo on red either.. ABC corrections in bear markets are tough.. the only way to win is to not participate unless its on your greedy terms.

I would like to add:
For "easier" trading, try to keep 50% in fiat (or Tether / Dai if you trust those; i do). Trading vs. fiat is easier since it's not wired to the BTC price. I made very good experiences with that tactic.

One option to earn more is buying coins that support PoS technology. You will receive coins only for the fact that you have coins on your wallet. Interest for all are different, so you need to consider each option separately. As an example, you can look at Redcoin (RDD).

We have all lost some precious and valuable coins before but I believe in the end we learnt our lessons. It is sometimes good to be greedy because it gives your the fighting spirit to always work for more - the more reason to become rich.

Always make sure you invest in well established coins with large market cap like BTC, ETH, LTC, EOS etc. It is also helpful to seek the counsel of experts if you are not well vexed with cryptocurrencies investment to help you with update and how to go by the coin graph timing.

The only possibility not to lose value during the last months was not to have skin in the game in the first place...true for some but not really a fulfilling answer in the long run. It's ofc very likely that if you entered the market while BTC was around 20.000$, you may never again reach break even but those were not "normal" times, imho. Now the market is much more real and i assume the volatility is down....instead of silver bullets it is now going to be, like in the stock market, about a good basket of single coins - some may become quite valuable if the project they are connected with becomes a hit after all.
