I think that just at random, investing in ICO is not necessary. Investing in ICO projects in general is very risky, especially now that the market is in decline all year and the ICO teams have big problems even with collecting minimum sums. Therefore, ICO projects should be chosen very carefully and risk, if possible, minimally.
