Bitcoin is not used for the purpose it was created. It is not good as a payment option because of it fees and slow transaction confirmation. There a lot of new coins that works better as payment option so bitcoin is more of an investment

Bitcoin will be used for payment options in the future it is just about time, for example Rolls-Royce, Bugatti, and Bentley retailers reportedly received payments with BTC and BCH. Post Oak Motor Cars, is the first retailer to accept cryptocurrency.

In their official news, this company will work with BitPay for a cryptocurrency payment system. This retail owner, Tilman Fertitta, said that cryptocurrency makes it easy and accelerates the payment process by their consumers around the world.

We are already using it as a payment system but unfortunately, only a few merchants are accepting it currently and because of its nature of being volatile, many are taking this opportunity to make it as an investment instead of as a payment option because of the possibility of growing in value. We know that it needs to be circulated so that people would continue to use it and some would know it but we can only reach that point when it would have a stable value then.
