I think there is a lot more room beneath us than above us. I think this current run was all about the ETF vote. We are supposed to have an answer yes or no by August 10th. I wouldn't be surprised if the rally resumes and we go as high as 8.5-9k, but I don't expect good news. That is gonna lead to the exact opposite of what happened last year from August-December. I imagine this market bleeds out into summer of 2019 before a bottom is found.
