Dominant for now the ico project uses the eth platform because it is easier to create and use. To purchase more crypto holder tokens using eth and bitcoin. that makes the ico project use the eth platform.

I will gives you my personal analysis, ethereum is best choice for the initial coins offering due to many projects of ICOs be built on ethereum's platform and it is mean many community of ethereum will gives us the chance to getting large of community of ICOs if you want make ICO on ethereum's platform than another platform such as Neo.

I think both ETH & NEO are good for the long term as a planned investment for anyone. Now, looking at Neo and ETH, you find that they are both blockchain projects specifically designed to host smart contracts, ICOs, and DApps in a decentralized manner. Secondly, both the projects are open-source, Turing complete, and have ample community backing with great, responsive teams. In a nutshell, investing on both if you have the cash is very good idea.

Both Neo and Ethereum are good to invest and they have different unique platforms that encourage people to invest so we should trust and believe on it for us to become profitable in the near future.

In fact i does not have an idea which one is better however we can just go with the flow from the market we can see that many ICO are using ethereum as their token offering platform and not neo so i guess ethereum is a better alternative for long term.

Both are good but since there is always a new born scam project under by ethereum platform I wonder how neo will take this advance over ethereum. And if I will choose between the two I want to give a try with neo since this one is new platform and looks promising.

I think Ethereum is a good long investment, I prefer ethereum than NEO. ethereum is smart contract and more popular.
