Bitcoin had hit its decreasing trend line, lowering its price at most 7% percent. Most of the altcoins are also pulled down and holders are probably eager to trade their token in the market. For investors, now is the good time to buy tokens since it has been lowering its price consecutively and when the demand goes up, prices would vary from either rising up to the peak or stabilization of its last price value.

Your topic is almost the same as the next topic, but for this it is not new, small investors must know this, soon the storm of the year with a very high price increase will occur, but that is only my opinion from a few years this always happens every year.

I would agree that this is a good time to buy altcoins but you have to be careful which ones to buy.

I obviously think that at any point in time anyone could decide to invest in crypto because the prices could further swing either ways at any time except you are buying for "Holding" that is, on the long-term. For example, the price of altcoin "A" sold for as low as $2, probably from it initial market prices of $5, in the last 24hours, colud further drop to $.09 after the next day. I believe everyone actually has his or her strategy on crypto investing, and not necessarily buyiny when prices are certainly low at some points in time in my opinion.
