据暨南学报消息，中央民族大学法学院教授邓建鹏发表文章称，虚拟货币的法律性质多有争议，并负面影响了相关司法实践。根据刑法相关理论，比特币可以被归属于刑法视野下的财产，比特币等作为具有对应市场价格的主流虚拟货币，属于《刑法》中规定的“其他财产”，没有太大争议。
