据news.bitcoin消息，乌克兰议会已经提交了一项法案，该法案禁止在政府监管范围之外进行数字货币交易。该草案已由最高拉达（乌克兰议会）的23名成员签署，并与该行业的代表合作编写。据Forklog报道，法律文件定义了术语“虚拟资产”，并区分了数字货币和代币。数字货币被描述为一种虚拟资产，可以作为交换手段，并可以存储价值。另一方面，特许资产证明其持有人的财产或其他权利与发行人的义务相对应。
