I wonder if any company is raising funds for a good project. Like playing with their strength. Like an app development company raising funds to do something really path-breaking with their funds and project.

I think some projects really do ICOs for raising funds of good projects but others maybe just use their strength as you said. It is normal for me, investors can know well which ICOs are made with right purposes. They will ignore the projects with bad future.
