Holding ETH now is best choice i agree. ETH may hit 0.05 BTC rate very soon which may around $600. Investment in ICO is very risky if you fail to choice right project. But investment in ICO may be a good choice if you find a proper project which has future potentiality.

Listed in exchange is not reliable basis to pick the token for investment. Some times exchange is just part of a plan but it is not the answer to become successful. Better chose the tokens with an active community conversation and not full of bots.

In my opinion, you should increase the value of your floor in two ways
1.You can trade Ethereum when it is low and resell when it is high
2. You should try to invest in a new coin with 1 or 2 ETH because usually the new coins will increase in price very rapidly in their early stages but they always have certain risks. you should consider before deciding to invest

Why do you need to have ICO tokens if you have already 5 ETH? Buying ICO tokens will be very risky for you, while holding that Ethereum is a better choice. I think the best option is just keeping that Ethereum because it is a much better option. Just take a look at the history of its price move, you will see that it is very the potential to hold Ethereum.
