Hi there are many ico grading system platform. But mostly some of it are not helpful or accurately can help you find a good ICO. But the most I trust is icodrops. You can try to check it, their Rating site has no bias points on showing rating. They display info that is relevant to the project well. Just search it, for me this is the good one.

Answering your tittle : No. Most of them are fake, because they can get paid to give good rating on ICO. You can do research about ico that you want to join by yourself.
But you can still use the site to know what ico that currently running and from there, you can research it by yourself.

I don't have a site recommendation about ICO Project. I have heard about ICOBench, ICODrops, and others. But, we must be more careful. Many investors have been harmed by the cause, namely the number of projects that are scam and that has spread to all existing ICO projects, . So, be careful when investing there. You can do research on the ICO project that you want to combine yourself and make the right decision.
