Still confused with Blockchain

until now I'm still confused about blockchain, does the blockchain run automatically, or is there a controlling party ?. if eg automatic anyway, surely there is the creator/inventor, who is the inventor? , surely he knows more deeply about blockchain, or maybe he can control it.

You shouldn't be confused with Blockchain and its technology. There are many articles that can explain it. Why don't you start googling and read the information from many sources.
