You do the right choice by investing in Ethereum but it will be too risky to participate in ICOs. I think it is better to wait for the improvement of some ICO's issues. If the future of ICO is not really good, you are better to invest in top altcoins only.

Well to be honest, I would just save my money and watch the market right now. If you want to buy some altcoins, you can wait for ethereum to fall to 50 usd or Litecoin to fall to 15 usd to buy. Of course these numbers are not for sure, these are just my thoughts. But now is not the right time to buy.
