Do you sell 100% of your holdings when in profit or hodl?

Lets take the following example. You buy BTC at 6k and it goes up to 8K. Do you sell 100% of it or do you sell 75% and keep 25% in BTC.

I will sell 100% of the bitcoin that I have. And I will buy bitcoin again after the price drops sharply. That's the strategy I did. I always see after Bitcoin rises, it is easy to get down. And when it comes down far I will pocket some bitcoin.

I sell or buy in instalments. Like you said, I sell 25% at a price, then 25% more if it goes up, and so on. I've seen that this is a better way to trade, otherwise there can be bad things. (for example you sell at 8000, it goes to 10k in my way, you would sell some coins at 9000 etc. at least you will have some compensation)

I sell 75% and keep 25% in bitcoin because I am sure that in the next hours, the price will make correction so I can have a good chance to buy more. But if the price still increase, then I will sell 25% and will wait for the price to go down, and I will buy back bitcoin. Sometimes, I can get more bitcoin by doing this because I have more money to buy more bitcoin.

I will sell only when will be at least 12k around 70 % and i will hold 30 .this is my strategy for a lot of coin i will sell only when is 2x.

I think it is better not to hold on to the coins once you can sell for profit. At least, for the newbies who don't want to get frustrated with the market it is better to sell all the coins. However, I only reinvest again if my personal research says the price will rise in the future, otherwise, I stay put.

I will analyze the possibility for the next rise firstly. If It potentially rises again, I will keep about 20% of my bitcoins and sell 80%. While if It is hard to increase again, I will sell 100%. To be honest, when it can make profits 100%, I will sell all my bitcoins. I don't think to the next rise. 100% is more than enough for profits in crypto investment for me.

You should decide an exit point from this and till that time comes, just hodl.
If you believe in the project too much and you think you are a good day trader, you may want to sell high and buy low again but you should be really careful while doing this.
Otherwise, hodl hodl hodl.

For me, I think i need to hold all of my bitcoin investment considering that the 2K gain is just too small compare to the highest peak value of $19K last year and i believe that few years from now bitcoin will reach to $25K.

Most probably i will do so, so even the price rise or fall after my sell i will not be affected by the price changes. I will only sell coins when there is a more promising coin that i will want to invest in and not just sell it for profit.
