Why people want ETH to over come BTC

I think people want to see ETH overcoming BTC because they want something new happening in crypto space. But I think it won't happen since BTC is always getting stronger than others. Ethereum is only to be the queen of crypto, not to be the king.

I would just like to see how altcoins will behave without Bitcoin's price dominance. I wonder if there will be general periods of growth or decline in the cryptocurrency market, as it is now, or not. Therefore, I want some changes to take place in this market. The current cryptocurrency market does not suit me.

I agree with ETH being the queen. For now, it is impossible for ETH to take over BTC considering its market value now.

They probably just want ETH to get to the top as it will also give chance to other altcoins without BTC's rate affecting them.

I suppose if the ETH price is able to grow like BTC. They will definitely get a big profit. I see with the rising price of ETH will have an impact on all altcoins. The Altcoin holders are very much and their expectation that ETH can pump very high.

ETH is the number two coins and this coin is very popular. And I guess in the future this coin will be much more inflated in price.

Because ethereum is the best technology hereby we can sent payment in low cost , ethereum is the king of ERC20 tokens if ethereum over come BTC here by we can earn lot of profits namely ethereum based projects are will rise too fastly.

I don’t even know if I wanted ethereum to grow so much in price that it could overtake bitcoin. I am not ready to predict all the consequences in the cryptocurrency market. However, I would like to see how the market will develop if there is no price dominance of bitcoin. In my opinion, bitcoin is now hampering the normal development of cryptocurrency.

BTC is the strongest crypto coin and no other coins/tokens have the same power as BTC has. It will be difficult for ETH to replace/overtake BTC.

Really? Depends I think. Eth has many plans too and still early on their roadmap. Why youre thinking its like a dead end already for them to overtake btc. Yes btc is pretty well known but as you can see, btc has flaws also and those flaws are likely the strength of eth. Dont judge eth cause the adoption of crypto is still just on the early stage.

Impossible Ethereum will be able to overcome Bitcoin, because the price range of these two coins is also very far away. And maybe people who hope that they hold enough ETH, so that if Ethereum is able to overcome Bitcoin, that person will get a huge profit.  But for me it will be difficult to happen, Ethereum will always be under Bitcoin.

I think so. Ethereum should have many plans and they already become the king of altcoins. The next journey should be the king of all crypto coins. It means to overtake Bitcoin, but it must take a lot of time. We won't see it in the near future.
