Seeking Fork Developers

I am seeking Bitcoin Fork Developers to fix the lost wallet problem that is causing millions of Bitcoins being taken out of circulation. I am asking this so that lost wallets do not take coins out of circulation forever. I feel lost wallets will cause many cryptocurrencies to go under in the long run. I think it is time for a cryptocurrency that is set up for long term stability.
