I agree. a lot of projects are left alone without development. especially coin-coin ICO. most of them after ICO finished they made another new ICO project. if the ICO prioritizes the project they will not create a new ICO, for example, swap if the original goal is reached and create a new goal.
not to mention now many airdrop coins that enter CMC, with the same cycle.
start project -> money collected (>) -> end project -> for a new project,
I will continue to invest in BTC and some old coins like ETH, XRP, DOGE. and most recently I invest in EOS.
