What are current personal Top 5 in Altcoins if you look at current price, future roadmap, community, #DevelopmentTeam , technology and potential for the future? Please describe in short sentences, why?

I think this would be a really good start for all altcoin newbies but also a perfect basis to further discuss between people who are in the crypto scence since the beginning and people who know the market.

I'm a fan of syscoin project. With it's blockmarket desktop and the upcoming release of blockmarket web....plus masternodes in a few months. Really looks like a solid project.
