Point72 前基金经理下月创建新加密基金

Travis Kling 去年 12 月从亿万富豪 Steven Cohen 旗下的 Point72 基金辞职，下月将推出利用合伙人基金的一支新加密基金，名为 Ikigai。他辞职时恰逢加密货币市场高点，而九个月过去后，加密货币价格大跌 70%，但他依然坚持投身这一市场。 他预期到 11 月 1 日时再募集 1,500 万美元外部资金，到 2019 年年中，将该基金持有的加密货币仓位加大到 1 亿美元，其风险投资基金规模达到 3,300 万美元。这家注册于美国特拉华州的基金，还会有一个注册于开曼群岛的投资主体来吸引海外资金。
