Yes in the cryptocurrency ico  IEO market many projects are available in scamms, fake project with fake team management. I don't believe nothing in the ICO and IEO project without trusted support and management.

i think many project in last year are scam, on part the market went down and they did not enough profit to grow their project, in this year the market has came back and i hope projects in this year will be good

Yes, you are right, the trend has gone in bounty companies and in various IСOs, where people and investors have increasingly begun to deceive, this year too many scam projects. I generally keep quiet about the company’s bounty, there is a successful project out of 1 out of 30. So, if you are going to invest, then I recommend you to carefully study the project.

Though 2018 was bad for ICO and bounty participant but i don't think it is as bad as we are making it be, maybe you are not just lucky to get good bounty to participate, at least some still take part in good bounties that eventually pay off for them.You can still get good campaign if you can dig dip.

Just an observation from the original post to the first five replies, it appears to me that it is a coordinated "shill" of that link on replies 
Anyway, bounty payments usually starts two weeks after the campaign but there are some that only distributes after two months. Better check the rules again.

I agree with OP that recently especially in 2018 there were many scam ICO projects. If the project is legit, perhaps bounty payment can be paid as regulated in bounty rule or even extended for reasonable time.
That scam projects should be eliminated as they not only damage the bountiers but also the crypto world as a whole. Public trust for investing in crypto will decrease and this jeopardizes the sustainability of ICO in the future even the crypto world as a whole.

Same, i also encountered different scam projects and i wasted most of my time doing on it. I wasted 2 months for doing their bounty , waste effort, but at the last they said that the project will be paused and stop doing anything because of the market.

We must be careful enough in analyzing every new project, especially the project with new team members. Check the validation of the team member to avoid scam.
