Until now no one can beat the existing Blockchain technology and become a favorite of many people today. Even Centralized Technology will not be able to match the achievements made by the Blockchain today. So I think this is the only technology that I think is very profitable for the community because it is practical and does not require a lot of money in financial transactions.

As of now i think there is none, but maybe in the near future there might be one when technology become more advance. If there is a technology similar to blockchain might as well use blockchain and tweak it to satisfy what blckchain is lacking off.
