Why are you selling your altcoins so soon?

I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it’s way to early to be selling your altcoins. It’s like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?

At the moment I am not selling my coins because I know it will make a loss to me. The price of coins has fallen sharply for months and has not recovered yet. That's why we have no other way to save coins, except by holding it firmly in the hand until an indefinite time.

I don't sell my coins when the market trend falls. I actually collected a few coins because almost all coins were at the lowest level. This will benefit me when the market recovers.

For me i don't sell my coins cause i had a bad experience before when i sell my xrb so i better hold now than to sell it and i'm collecting new coins now hoping to get profits when btc price will rise.

Most of investor and traders putting their crypto asset into bitcoin because the dominance of bitcoin is high that's why most of altcoins value keeps going down. That is one of the strategy of some whale traders for them to keep their profit.

Those who are selling their altcoins mostly they are panicking of loss of value in coming days they do not have patience to hold. Desperation lead them to loss. But I would say in my opinion holding bitcoin will be more profitable but there must be no comparison between altcoins and bitcoin even some altcoin can give good ROI in short time. Even I am also holding my altcoins until it becomes green because I believe in it as I believe in Btc.

It seems to me that it is not reasonable to sell your altcoins, especially in a falling market, because it is not efficient and will not give you a profit.  When the market starts to grow, it is better to have some altcoins in advance!

I sell most of my Tokens mainly because study has it that after the lunch on the exchange there is high probability that their market value will decrease significantly as compared to what there value was during the ICO. Although not just study but I have learn a had lesson from holding Tokens for a long period of time in the recent time, and that is my reason for selling my Tokens.

A real investor does not sell the assets in which he invested money before they do not bring him income. Altcoins are selling fast - green investors (usually in the pursuit of a hype), traders, early investors in ico (when they immediately benefit from the sale and so they reduce risks), bounty hunters.

Altcoins are too volatile to keep if you have no idea of the coin for that particular ICO and most people will rather dump it to buy coins that is seen as more stable like bitcoin but is that so we does not know. The other reason is like what you say due to fear building up especially during bad markets we will see more sell off during those moments.

I will sell altcoins that I have if I get profit as soon as possible. Because it could be that the price will come back down suddenly and take a long time to go up again.

Honestly many altcoins out there don't worth holding. Some of them a scraps and when they hit market one will have no choice than to sell them off. Most times I just get tired of most of these sh*t coins.

in my opinion, why do some people sell their altcoins they must have a reason because everyone has different needs and maybe they need money or they just panic

Maybe they think coin prices are expensive and worth selling, and they are afraid that prices will not rise again or there is an urgent reason for need so they are forced to sell it

Some altcoin are not trustworthy,, they can be out of market at anytime. But selling crypto depend on the condition of the owner. So I don't sell my altcoins just like that
