if your coin deep down, check road map of development.
if developer having something new in development, and bring new tech you should to hold.
but if nothing update , so leaving, you must take cut loss your investment

how to manage it? just dont think any negative thoughts. in crypto all is unpredictable yes some coin/token is down but it will rise again. so i advice you to hold your coin/token and wait. patience is the key to success buddy. 😊
