When ETH be stable

As far as I know ethereum will not be stable while bitcoin is still on the top.

Ethereum still not stable the price go up and down quickly. Ethereum is not stable coin like USDT. if you mean stable up it need something good news from ethereum to grow up again. Let's see what happen after hard fork if successful ethereum will grow up again.

I don't think that ETH will stable within short time. Buyer, Seller and investors are not in trust of ETH so that market is totally imbalanced now. So until trust line cross it will not be stable.
