Cryptocurrency is know for its volatility so I think ethereum will not be stable as most of the crypto are not. But one thing for sure, I think that ethereum price or marketcap will still rise as they keep on developing the ethereum chain. They are switching to POS from POW to scale.

Government and all others countries supported coin will be stabled but Ethereum and bitcoin two very popular and highly beneficial coins never fully supported by all over the world simultaneously. The difference in price stability between USDT and Ethereum will always remain. USDT is a stable coin and should always be generally equal to the dollar, that is, one.
