Yeah, There are some good bounty platforms where they checking your shares, likes, tweets and retweets automatically. But some of it's platform has a limit on participants on each bounties.

I think you can join in many social media campaign if the rule is allowing us to join with many bounties. And you need to search by your own because of only you that will know what type of social media that you want to join. But for a start, I think you need to check in every bounty campaign, and you can check how much the percentage of every social media campaign and you can pick the biggest percentage for each bounty.
