I think this would be a good idea.

I absolutely agree with you, bro. Strict rules for a new ICO will minimize the fake/scam projects. It should be implemented soon.

I don't know if we can punish the ICO Project which is Scam. But we can act as well as to direct Investors not to invest in ICOs that are Scam.
