This will make new people or new investor afraid to invest their money because they only send the money without any return and this is bad for the cryptocurrency in the future. I agree, scam is everywhere. There are a lot of coins now a days and so bad to know that some of them are used by scammers who wants an instant profit by an easy and smooth way. I was also saddened by the existence of a scam project but not all of them were scams. Think of it as a lesson for us, don't be discouraged. before joining the project we must be able to understand and research the project how it is developing

I think it is because there is no fee for entering the exchange.

we have to be careful bro, because not only ico, the campaign is also a lot of scams, now I take part in the bounty and finish it, if the bounty is legit, at least 10k usd, but the possibility is a scam.
so consulting before joining ico or bounty is very necessary.
