Bitcoin protocol or transaction cannot be blocked in a country unless the country decides to cease internet access. The only way to check Bitcoin is through governmental regulations which will restrict citizens from trading with Bitcoin as a legal activity.

Yeah, if the government blocks all access related to bitcoin, then it is certain that the existence of bitcoin in that country will die. But in my opinion it will not happen as long as bitcoin is not used to commit criminal acts.

There is no right reason for the government to ban bitcoin. Bitcoin is a digital currency that can be a payment system that is easier for users. And Bitcoin is not a source of crime that harms many people so it must be banned.
