Maybe the government is not yet ready to use bitcoin for medical billing cause not all people know about bitcoin or cryptocurrency i think in future if all people are civilized about cryptocurrency.

I think due to slow transactions of bitcoin and its too volatile, maybe there's another altcoins that fit to used as payment
